Location
We are located at 114 S. June Street, Dayton, OH 45403. For tours, please put in a request here.
Deposits
We require 50% of the total venue and bar rental up front for full-day weekend events and for hourly events as a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Along with a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit must be paid with a credit/debit card that will not expire before the event date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. All payments may be done in person, over the phone or online via your secure event portal. Your security deposit is refunded no later than the first of the month following 30 days of the event.
Required Vendors
We require all clients to use our licensed bartenders to serve all alcoholic beverages at the event. No outside bartenders are permitted. We also required clients to purchase all alcohol through The Lift. No outside alcohol may be consumed on our premises.

Wedding Rehearsals
A one-hour rehearsal is included in the venue rental price for wedding ceremonies only. A rehearsal time will be scheduled 30 days prior to the event. No decor, setup or drop-off is allowed at the rehearsal.

Event Times
All Friday and Saturday events end with guests leaving the building by 11:00pm.
All Sunday events end with guests leaving the building by 9:00pm.
There is a 12am noise ordinance per the city of Dayton.
Friday/Saturday setup of tables and chairs for your event will be done by 11am on the day of your event (no exceptions when paying for early access). Sunday weddings setup will be completed by 11 am as well. All vendors will need to be scheduled accordingly.

Provided by The Lift
The Lift provides 5ft round tables, 8ft banquet tables, high- top tables and white industrial chairs for the event.
Note: linens will not be provided by The Lift. All decor, including linen, is the responsibility of the Renter.

Decor Rules & Regulations
All candles and open flames are only permitted when kept in a glass-enclosed container, the wick is covered, and the candle is closely monitored.
No sky lanterns, release of helium balloons, or fireworks may be used at the Event Space or surrounding exterior property. No fog machines, sparklers, confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed or silly string of any kind can be used inside the building or anywhere on the Event Space or property. Renter may use bubbles and real/fresh flower petals. If any of these materials are used improperly as above stated, Owner may deduct cleanup expenses from Renter’s security deposit.
We are limited on electrical outlets. Guests are responsible for bringing extension cords etc. if needed. If extension cords are used, electrical tape is REQUIRED for safety purposes.
