A dream project...
The Lift came to life when husband and wife duo Seth and Ashley Doliboa saw a 120-year-old building in downtown Dayton that needed a lot of love. With Seth's experience as a custom home builder and Ashley's expertise in interior design, the vision came easily to revive what was once an ice cream cone factory in 1900 into a breath-taking, modern event space in 2021. |

The Lift is located in the Historic Huffman District - about one mile east of the heart of downtown Dayton. This quaint area is known for its prominent Victorian architecture and friendly, small town feel. Currently, Historic Huffman is seeing a growth in locally-owned small businesses making it a trendy, up-and-coming destination for locals and visitors alike!
